Musician and Intel's Director of Creative Innovation Will.i.am announced in April he is preparing to launch a smartwatch, but the product missed on its July launch. However, now Will.i.am says the watch is ready and has even demonstrated it live at a party.
The mystery smartwatch announcement is set to take place today, Wednesday, a day before Apple's event. The musician built up excitement for his wearable gadget by playing music and placing a call from it.
Anyway, no further details surrounding the watch are known for now. Will.i.am revealed earlier that it will come preloaded with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter apps. It has a curved screen and can store music locally. However, it's highly likely that it will come with a music service attached to it.
